Our plan at Cannes

After welcoming more than 1,800 guests to our Reddit Recommendations hub last year, we’re heading back to the sun-kissed shores of Cannes with an all new set-up. 

This year, we welcome searchers and seekers of all kinds. Our event space will bring the different contextual pathways to life from discovery to purchase— from the lens of both a redditor and a marketer. Along these paths, we discover the answers redditors find on our platform every day and the communities built around informative, curious, and sometimes delightfully wacky responses.

Here’s a teaser of what to expect:

  • The road through Reddit: Visitors, based on their personal interests and passions, will choose their own Reddit journey.Whether you’re searching for the next beauty trend or eyeing the latest tech gadget, guests will see real Reddit recommendations in action and how they fit in the context of conversations across trusted communities.
  • Our latest research on Search: There's a tidal wave changing in the way that people search, ushering in a new era for how search will evolve in the age of AI and algorithms. Within our space, we’ll unpack these changes, how it’s impacting search results, and how content and recommendations on Reddit withstand the test of time. 
  • Brands intersections on Reddit: We’ll show advertisers how they can meaningfully show up and reach the right person, at the right time, in the right context on Reddit. No matter the path or stage of the journey, our suite of ad tools allows brands to meaningfully intersect with our users along the way.

Reddit’s Cannes HQ will be located at the Intersection of Prom. Robert Favre le Bret and Rue Buttura, and open from Monday, June 17 to Thursday, June 20 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (CEST) for scheduled meetings and 12:00-3:00 pm (CEST) daily for all Cannes Lions badge holders. In addition, we are open to all Cannes Lions badge holders on Friday, June 21 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (CEST).
